移动应急电源车系列厢体采用整体钢性体焊接全封闭结构，具有强度高、质量轻、焊接量小，密封性好，防雨、防尘、隔热、防火、防锈等特点；厢体内部预优良行降噪处理，降噪消音材料全部采用防火阻燃降噪材料，以保证正常使用和消除火灾安全隐患，车辆厢体设置下围箱，箱内设置工具箱，放置相关维修工具、接地装置等物品。箱内可提供液压驱动和手动一体的电缆绞盘。
